This policy explains how FormVerse reviews refund, cancellation, and credit reversal requests for subscriptions, credits, AI-generated assets, downloads, and marketplace access.

Subscriptions and cancellations

Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal date to stop future billing.

Credits

Credit-related refund or reversal requests are reviewed for verified duplicate, accidental, unauthorized, failed, or legally required cases.

Generated and downloaded digital assets

Downloaded assets are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided, but defective deliverables and failed jobs can be reviewed.
